Enjoying the modern conveniences in the business world has its benefits when it comes to fax services and the support they offer. Many people have come to realize the reliability of a web fax company offers efficiency at a cost savings. Not only does it save time, it saves money.

The advantages of checking into this type of service are enormous. It will eliminate your need for modems, scanners, ink, printer cartridges, and other tools that are traditionally needed to fax. This will immediately cut down on business expenses. There is not additional software to buy either.

Another advantage is with these fax services you can virtually fax from anywhere. With this form of technology you can easily send communication anywhere you have access to your email of the providers online web application. Local telephone numbers are assigned to your account.

It is also possible to fax using multiple email addresses and easily set up contacts for groups of recipients. Look at it as having an email fax. This technology also provides a sent message and confirmation on receipt.

There are a variety of plans that you can choose using fax services. Companies offer subscription plans for unlimited outgoing and incoming faxes. The subscription varies from three to twelve months. The longer the term you commit to, the better the rate. Take time to shop around and evaluate the differences.

ABA Features Fax Services Company Tuesday, Nov 24 2009

The American Bar Association is a large organization.  It claims to represent almost 400,000 lawyers and as you know, lawyers do a lot of faxing.  And as you may also know, lawyers are not always the most tech-savvy people.  So it was only natural that that the ABA’s TechEZ site would help lawyers determine which fax service companies would be best for their members.

Today, Protus, which owns the MyFax online fax company, announced that they MyFax service is now available on the ABA’s TechEZ site.  The purpose of the TechEZ site is to help attorneys make smart choices about technology so that they get the best return on their technology investment.

“Phone and fax correspondence remain a business-critical form of communicating sensitive information for legal professionals, so providing them with the most reliable phone and faxing solutions is vital,” said Steve Adams, vice president of marketing for Protus, the provider of MyFax and my1voice. “We’re pleased to provide this vast legal community with communications tools that boost efficiency, streamline workflow, and improve productivity at an affordable rate.”

When I went to the TechEZ website, there were only two fax service companies that were featured: MyFax and RingCentral.  Both of them offer a 15% discount to ABA members.  This was very surprising to me.  I would have thought that some of the other online fax companies, such as eFax, would be there as well.  After all, who uses more faxes that lawyers?
